Pennine are experienced in the preparation of site management plans in both the standard English Nature Format, CMS, or in a bespoke format individually designed to fulfil the management requirements of particular sites.

Many of these projects are associated with nature reserves owned by local authorities, Pennine are currently monitoring the management of Hic Bibi Local Nature Reserve LNR on an annual basis, following the production of the initial management plan in 1997.

The plan covers the management of 8 ha of land, that includes extensive species-rich grassland, important breeding/passage bird populations, great crested newt, water vole, butterflies and dragonflies.
